Mixing POE and mineral oil

I've done most of the editing myself which has taken me the most time , removing most of the "ummms," awkward pauses, etc. I need someone who is a podcast listener and has a good idea of what will keep the audience engaged.

This is what is needed: I'm working a new job, so I simply don't have the time to do this. Plus, I need an extra set of ears because I get too attached to the content when I know some of it could be thrown out.
